Boy, you said a mouthful there!

 

My dad ate this as his dessert for years. He is now 94 years young, so

maybe it was a good thing!

 

I was told it is Russian. And I know for a fact, it never had fruit in it

at all.

 

Now you have all made me hungry for it....I think I will order some

online!!!! (There goes the pound or two I lost this month!)

Well, Turkey borders on Russia... and I can understand SOME Russians... the

ones that speak a Turkic language... so I can see why your dad ate it, if he

was Southern Russian.
