Will do. Remind me later if I forget. But it's nothing like tea

cakes: it's a cold-rise yeast dough, rolled out in confectioner's

sugar. Then a wlanut-melted butter-brown sugar mix is dabbed in the

middle,and the cookie is rolled up and baked.
