Guest guest
Last night i made a quick dinner. i had two jars of homemade spaghetti sauce in the freezer, so i thawed them out, cooked some mini-lasagna shaped pasta and sauteed mushrooms, onions, garlic, and green peppers. Mixed it all together and sprinkled with some Parmesan cheese, and baked it for a half hour with a loaf of garlic bread. We had a salad to go with. The " recipe " made enough to fill two pans, one 2 quart baking pan and one 8 inch by 8 inch. i wrapped and put the second one in the freezer to save time for another meal. It can either be a side dish one day or used for a quick meal. What did you fix for dinner last night? What sorts of time-saving tips have you found helpful in meal planning? ~ pt ~ Got no check books, got no banks, Still I'd like to express my thanks. I got the sun in the mornin' And the moon at night. ~ Irving Berlin
