i made this spread (minus the oregano) tuesday night

and used it to make sandwiches (spread, shredded

carrots, fresh baby spinach on a sourdough

baguette...yummmy!) yesterday. i am in love! this

artichoke-olive spread is delicious! i'll definitely

make this again and again. i'm sure it would make a

great dip too.....maybe blend in a little sour cream

to make it more dip-able. thanks so much for sharing

the recipe pt!

So glad you liked it, Susie. i adore it and could eat

the whole thing. *lol* Great idea about making it

more dip-able with the sour cream. i just may have

to do that this weekend and take some to a domino

party i am going to. i am raiding our files for a few

more yummy ideas. i'm the only vegetarian that goes

there and i have a reputation for weird but delicious

food contributions. *lol*
