Guest guest
Hi Amy. That is one great thing about moving, purging your stuff and paring down what you don't use or need any more. i like the sounds of the 12 wedge Leifheit corer/wedger. And suddenly i am so hungry for some apple raspberry crisp! *lol* Hope your Monday is merry at the bakery. ~ pt ~ The best relationship is one in which your love for each other exceeds your need for each other. ~ Dalai Lama ~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~> , " Amy " <sandpiperhiker> wrote: I'm getting the practice at > work making apple pies, apple blackberry pies, and apple raspberry > crisps! Yeah... and doing it every two years sure keeps the clutter down! :-) > i like the sounds of the 12 wedge Leifheit > corer/wedger. It's very sturdy and has lasted me the best so far (usually with the cheap ones, one of the " spokes " breaks from the corer blade). It seems very strong. This is it: http://ww1.williams-sonoma.com/cat/pip.cfm?skus=1501998 & pkey=xsrd0m1%7C15%7C0%7C\ %7C%7C%7C%7C%7Capple & gids=sku1501998 & cmsrc=sch > And suddenly i am so hungry for some apple raspberry crisp! *lol* > Hope your Monday is merry at the bakery. *lol* Come on over! Normally I work Tue-Sat, but we had a huge church order, so today I worked. The other gal and I 700-some Monte Carlos (a coconut butter sandwich cookie), plus pie dough mix (the flour/salt/shortening - 18# of shortening!). Busy day.
