I was laying in bed last night trying to fall asleep when it hit

me:

 

You can cut cheese with a cheese cutter (like this

ckcode=WREPTECJRO-3010, we have many) why cant you cut tofu with

it?

 

I did it tonight, worked like a CHARM! I am so proud of

myself....perfectly sliced 1/4 inch tofu.
