If you can find small whole button mushrooms use them, but if not, thick sliced mushrooms are fine. Marinated Mushrooms 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar 1/2 cup olive oil 2 tsp. basil 2 tsp. marjoram 2 tsp. Dijon mustard 1 tsp. onion salt 1/2 tsp. garlic granules 3 dashed Worcestershire sauce [veg-safe] Pinch of cayenne 3 cups mushrooms Whisk first nine ingredients in a bowl and then pour over mushrooms. Refrigerate for 24 hours, stirring occasionally.
