Healthy Train; was: what do you call this?

No worries about being too specific on your ingredient

quantities and such. If you usually cook by doing a bit

of this and that, then that is fine. i feel most recipes are

mere suggestions anyway~ with the exception of some

baking formulas. i think the more experienced the cook,

the more apt they are to just go with their gut in cooking.

Recipes are wonderful starting points for creativity.

i like the title 'Healthy Train'. *lol*

 

Anyone here old enough to remember that weird

dogfood ad for either Chuck Wagon or Gravy Train

where the little covered wagon raced out of the dogfood

bag and the dog chased it around the house? *lol*

remember it well. I'm so old I remember watching Kate Smith and Liberace (sp)

when they had their own tv shows. LOL and Howdy Doody, Roy Rogers, Sky King,

Cisco Kid, our Miss Brooks, Mr wizard. Buster Brown and his dog Tige.

 

heeeheeee.....now ya'll know what an old broad I am ! ( and proud of it - LOL )
