Guest guest
No worries about being too specific on your ingredient quantities and such. If you usually cook by doing a bit of this and that, then that is fine. i feel most recipes are mere suggestions anyway~ with the exception of some baking formulas. i think the more experienced the cook, the more apt they are to just go with their gut in cooking. Recipes are wonderful starting points for creativity. i like the title 'Healthy Train'. *lol* Anyone here old enough to remember that weird dogfood ad for either Chuck Wagon or Gravy Train where the little covered wagon raced out of the dogfood bag and the dog chased it around the house? *lol* ~ pt ~ A person usually has two reasons for doing something: a good reason and the real reason. ~ Thomas Carlyle, historian and essayist (1795-1881) ~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~> , " joannolivia " <joannolivia> wrote: > > Hi PT, sorry to be so long in replying; just finally came in from the > garden, LOL. > I rarely use a recipe, just make it up as I go along, unless I am > trying a new recipe belonging to someone else. <smile> Next time I > promise to do my best to write out the actual recipe. > > What to call it, hhhmmmm....
