Guest guest
Hi PT, sorry to be so long in replying; just finally came in from the garden, LOL. <... " ~ PT ~ " <patchouli_troll> wrote: > i love the way you describe your cooking... dash > of this and that to taste...> I rarely use a recipe, just make it up as I go along, unless I am trying a new recipe belonging to someone else. <smile> Next time I promise to do my best to write out the actual recipe. What to call it, hhhmmmm.... My mother used to make that with real ground beef (can I say that B word on this list?) and we called it " Gravy Train " ROTFL, good title when describing a meat based meal. I try to take old meat based recipes and reformulate them using healthful foods, so maybe I should call it Healthy Train? My hubby likes it and he is one of those meat eaters, big time. The rest of my family also eats meat but since I always cook two meals when they visit, one without m for me, they always start by asking what it is, followed by eeeuuuuu, then can I taste it? Heh, heh, heh, converting them inch by inch. Last time we all ordered pizza, one of the young men wanted my veggie pizza and liked it better. I became a veggie because everytime I ate meat or fish my stomach and abdomen hurt. He said the same thing was happening to him and was thinking about changing over, as well, to veggie.
