Tammy This cornbread recipe is my ol' faithful potluck dish. I used to make it years ago when I was a regular at the Contra Costa Vegetarians' potlucks. I recently re-discovered the recipe and found that it still delights people and they still want this fantastically simple cornbread recipe! Here it is, again: Ingredients 1 c corn meal 1 cup whole wheat flour 1 tbsp baking powder ¼ c oil (I used canola oil) 1 c vanilla soymilk 1/3 c maple syrup Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
