Here we say 'Stuffed Marrow' but I made it in two half shells. I used a mixture of carrots, apple, sweet red pepper, onion and white butter beans for the filling. I used two teaspoons of curry powder to add some zest to the mix. I will try to write everything down over the weekend and post it up. It was lovely and warming. I wrapped it all up in aluminium foil though and it could have done with being open as the marrow wasn't cooked through but otherwise it was fine. c u Chris Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
