hey shawn,

last summer, i canned pickles and peppers from my

garden and it was suprisingly easy and nothing

exploded. i also canned a salsa recipe, but the

recipe i used had wayyyyy tooo much vinegar and i

didn't like the way it turned out. i wanted to can

again this year, but it was a bad year for my

garden....nothing grew or produced enough.

 

i tried to make goat cheese earlier this year and it

was a big failure. i would love to make mozzarella or

something. of course, i have made your vegan melty

cheese numerous times and love it. :)
