gluten and uncheez hesitation here, too; was: QOTW

~ Yep, same here. i guess i am mostly hesitant as

i have not ever had any gluten analog to try yet.

i am afraid i will go to all the trouble and expense

and not like it at all. So for me the first step is to

go to a place that serves this and taste it. If i like it

then i will probably try making in the future as

i would have a reference for what it is supposed to

taste like when it is done correctly.

i have a close friend who does all her pears from her

orchard. She has offered for me to come up to her

house this year and help her out so i can learn the process.

She assures me it is very simple. We shall see. *lol*

Sounds like an excellent opportunity. You may walk home with some product

I meant dairy cheese (just made another batch of the vegan cheese this

evening). Even with an easy cheese like paneer to make, I have yet to take

the dive.
