What have been some of your favorite vegan

meals that have helped you on your path these

last few weeks?

Thanks for the warm welcome :-D I'm not sure I have

any unique recipes from my first week of eating vegan,

but I did find a Gardenburger frozen soy BBQ riblet at

my local grocery store that was listed as " Vegan " on

the back. It was soooo good! Even my family loved

the smell of it. The taste was even better! :-D I

also found some rice pasta in the health-food section

of my grocery store that is absolutely wonderful. I

had it with marinara sauce, and it was yummy. :-D

 

I had made an attempt at vegetarianism/veganism once

before, but I found it very hard to resist my old ways

of eating. This time, I'm finding it much much easier

to make the transition, and I feel confident I can do

this. I feel so energetic and healthier already, and

it's only been one week.
