Guest guest
Warm welcome to the group, Karen. i am so glad you chose to join. Your job must be full of challenges; from what i understand there is a shortage of nurses these days. Have you been able to observe first hand any health benefits of a vegetarian lifestyle? i look forward to reading your future posts. ~ pt ~ The only freedom which deserves the name is that of pursuing our own good in our own way, so long as we do not attempt to deprive others of theirs or impede their efforts to obtain it. ~ John Stuart Mill ~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~> , kleelibby@w... wrote: > Hi All, and thanks for the invitation. Guest guest
Yes, there is definitely a nursing shortage. I work as a staffing coordinator, and rarely are there enough nurses to staff each shift. I am trying to educate the kitchen staff at the hospital about vegetarian meals. I was amazed at how many dishes are categorized as vegetarian, only to find that they are made with chicken broth. I think the cooks/servers are getting tired of me asking.
