Guest guest
i don't know if you have seen this product or if it is available in the UK yet, but i really love it and think it would impart good flavor and spice to your veggie jambalaya attempt. It is called soyrizo, and is a vegan chorizo analog. i love it in soups, chilis, stews and any other recipe that needs some spicy " sausage-like " zip and texture. Very versatile. Here are a few online souces of info... perhaps it will give you an ordering option as well if you can't find it in stores near you.
