~ Yes, that is the recipe. *lol* i didn't follow it exactly!

i am like you and loathed the thought to use ketchup.

i was inspired by the idea of a spicy Cajun style slaw

though, and i did my part in subbing items i liked.

i will have to type up what changes i made and post it

to the list tomorrow. i think you will like my ketchup-free

version better.

Be sure to post any trials and errors you make; we can

all benefit from your experience. Now that there

are gluten flours readily available it should make the

process less time consuming and i'd imagine easier.

Anyone here ever make gluten unmeats using the

gluten flours?
