Those sound wonderful, especially the 1000 recipes

series. i am definately going to check the vegetarian

version out. Thanks for sharing.

How have things been going for you on your veggie

path these days? Did you ever get a chance to try

out Susie's Veggie Jambalya recipe? If you have any

questions or ideas, don't hesitate to post them. :)
