Guest guest
i don't remember that quote. i will have to go look it up now. i did find their thoughts on the use of MSG interesting. i had only heard bad things about it in the past and was of the opinion it was simply poison to injest so i avoided it like the plague. The basic jist of their support of it is that if a person is a vegan it is okay to eat with no bad side effects, but that it has been known to have ill effects in the digestive systems of those who still consume animal products. Hmmmm... ~ pt ~ When is someone able to witness to the souls of others? When she is able to witness her own soul first. When is someone able to correct others? When he can first correct himself. Guest guest
Anyone who has a problem with gluten shouldn't do MSG either - MSG is derived from gluten. Gluten and MSG are basically toxic to gluten intollerant people, and it does get them in their gut. But for most other people, there seems to be some kind of combo effect between MSG and animal protein that can cause hypertension and high blood pressure. So that leaves vegans who aren't gluten intollerant and don't have a history of hypertension or high blood pressure as the only ones who can use MSG safely, and actually get a benefit from it. Even then, moderation is probably best emphasized...... , " ~ PT ~ " <patchouli_troll> wrote: > i don't remember that quote. i will have to go look it > up now. > > i did find their thoughts on the use of MSG interesting. > i had only heard bad things about it in the past and > was of the opinion it was simply poison to injest so i > avoided it like the plague.
