Guest guest
I still cannot settle on a favorite holiday...being jewish all our holidays revolve around food & I love that, the cooking, the seasonal thoughts, the meanings...this is true with thanksgiving too.. I especially like Rosh Hashana, the new fresh beginning, the fall food selections, the round challah, the sweets for a sweet year...much of this is true for thanksgiving, add pumpkin pie (which I love to make though I don't, like it my family does). I love hanukkah, the lights and the fried food (yummy), making cookies, singing songs & we take time each of the nights to play family games & have friends over when possible (it can be a busy season). I love celebrating birthdays...I also love halloween cuz it makes the rest of the gang so silly and happy. Purim is fun, another round of costumes and hamantaschen - yum! m
