hi ron,

welcome. thanks for the introduction and recipe.

please feel free to ask all the questions you need to.

there are so many friendly and knowledgable people

here.

your recipe sounds good. i love zucchini. when you

want to share a recipe, go ahead and post it to the

group (like you did) and write the recipe's title in

the subject line and some indication that it's a

recipe. i will file the recipe in our files (which

are full of tried and true veggie recipes...it's a

great resource) for you.

i hope you enjoy this group. glad to have you here.

Thank you Susie for your message of welcome and explanation of how things work

in the group. I was a bit perplexed. I am glad I almost did the right thing. In

the future I will include the subject of recipe in said subject line.

I too love zucchini and all of it's squash relatives. I never enjoyed any of the

squashes as a child as my mother never cooked with them. I grew up with the

square meals of meat, a simple vegetable, an a simple potato. This is very

exciting to me.

Thanks again,

Ron
