Guest guest
Oh i have that book, and i have never tried this recipe from it. i love finding out which recipes others think are good or have tried before. i like the way that cookbook and the Enchanted Broccoli Forest were written. Some of my very first cooking adventures when i moved out on my own were from that book. My Mom got it for me as a new apartment gift. Prior to that my cooking skills were limited to Kraft mac & cheese, ramen noodles, anything frozen or in a can, and toast. NOT a healthy vegetarian diet! *lol* One day i told myself that cooking was just following simple directions, and i was in college and could handle that, and i dived into this book. Now when people ask me how i learned to cook, i credit Molly Katzen [sp]. Her books were written in such a way i was able to learn some good techniques. ~ pt ~ I love to think of nature as an unlimited broadcasting station, if we only will tune in. ~ George Washington Carver ~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~> , " melissa_hopp " <hoppmel@c...> wrote: > Yeah, I love most of their recipes, too.
