Wow, that sounds good. i never would have

thought to bake/roast asparagus. What a cool

idea. Thanks Jenni... i'm going to try that. :)

It is the best!!

my friend makes it that way, and nwo so do i... it's even good cold ..

but I like it right out of the oven.. particularly if hte tips get a

little crispy.. =)

I wish it wasn't so darn expensive now!

I often cut it in bite-sizelengths, spray it with oil and sprinkle

with salt & lemonpepper, then roast it at 400* or so... then put it on

a salad of romaine with chopped avocado, chopped mango and a

chili-citrus vinaigrette. The recipe is in Fields of Greens by Annie

Somerville, but I don't have it here yet so I can't give you the

specifics at the moment. But try it if feel like experimenting! It's

yummy!
