LOL. Hot, hotter, and hottest... i like that.

No wonder you enjoy those super spicy dishes;

they make you sweat and help cool you off.

 

Did you ever find any other uses for those

dried chilies? They are very inexpensive around

here as well [must be a westcoast thing]. i always

see them in little baggies near the Mexican food

items. i'd be interested in some recipes for trying

them. Bet they'd be great for adding zip to stews

and soup broths.
