buttermilk; was: Two Brothers' Chocolate Gobs

Those chocolate gobs sound good. Chocolate anything

sounds good right now! *lol*

 

i keep a can of powdered buttermilk in my pantry

and it works very well in recipes. i think the brand

name is Sacco. Have you ever tried it?

I would probably just use soymilk with a tsp or two of apple cider

vinegar...

hi pt,

i actually bought some of the powdered buttermilk

awhile back, but haven't tried it yet. my son has

been asking for the chocolate gobs lately, so i may

try it out soon. :)

 

does it work well for you?
