Guest guest
Well, I did some searching through our files and past messages (ugh!) and couldn't find the past discussion for on-line vitamins. My midwife wants me to start taking Omega-3's. She suggested fish oil tablets (bleh!!!) but James and I realized that I could take flax oil tablets instead. The problem is the ones here in town all are made with gelatin and I'd like to find veggie-friendly. I have found a couple of website/sources but don't know anything about either company. I'd feel more comfortable ordering from a site that one of you has had good experience. I know these have all been listed before, perhaps we could get them into the Links section for future reference. Anyway, any help is appreciated. Guest guest
Denise...this is way late, still trying to catch up. You can just take straight flax seed oil, if you have no luck finding gelatin free flax tablets of some sort. I've never ordered vitamins on line, we've got several stores around...however, many health food stores can order you something if you need it, you may try asking if you have one nearby...perhaps even your pharmacy can help you. ANYWAY - I put flaxseed oil in the kids smoothies to up their omega 3 intake...you could stir it into yogurt (you need the calcium) or other cool things, perhaps cottage cheese and fruit? How are you feeling? m
