if anyone wants a Whole Foods 50 page bulk basics booklet

I was at Whole Foods this morning and the manager held 7 booklets aside for me.

If anyone wants one then send me your mailing address off list and I'll be more

than happy to toss in the mail.

The book is so handy, it has how to buy bulk, cooking instructions, how to

reconstitute dried food, sectionj on pasta noodles, all about sea veggies, how

to cook veggies, all about the different cooking oils, covers info on nuts, etc.

The manager said they were talking about cutting the book down to half the size

or maybe discontinuing it.
