Kiwi Salsa recipe post vegan

I made this for the BBQ later today. This was in the newspeper last month, put

out by the Calif. Kiwi Fruit Commission.

 

" Kiwi Salsa "

 

3-4 kiwis, peel and diced ( 1 1/2 cups)

1 orange, peeled and diced

1 cup jicama, peeled and diced

1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

1 Tblspn. lime juice

1 Tblspn. canola oil

1/2 jalapeno pepper, minced (seeds removed)

1/4 tsp. salt

 

In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients, mixing well. Chill and serve.
