Guest guest
Shawn, I eat at Pollo Inca once in a while and they have aji as a green salsa and it's thick but I noticed they call the peppers aji and the thick paste type salsa aji also. I'll leave that stuff for you and my sister....LOL When I eat at my sisters I always toss my stuff on the BBQ first, she could kill me with those peppers.....hahaha That's interesting that Gary is growing those peppers also. On the menu the just call the salsa aji and when they serve you dinner they always ask if you want more aji at your table. GAry are your peppers green? Gary, I did deadhead the lavender, it really perked up and now more blooms are starting. Thank you for your help. I was afraid to cut the dead ones off so I'm glad I asked you about it. I thought maybe I was going to have to send Casey Jones in to help my plant! Donna subprong <subprong wrote: Ahhh, ok thank you, Sissy. Sounds like a " chug " . Oh an aji on grilled corn. Wonderful. That'd be a great hot, sweet and smoky combo.
