Guest guest Posted September 1, 2005 Report Share Posted September 1, 2005 Made them tonight, sliced and sauted in half butter half sesame oil with some diced shallots and a tocuh of garlic powder and black pepper. After tehre was a little water in the pan, the shrooms cook up and leave water behind, I added just a little wondra flour, maybe a teaspoon, and the sauce thickened up nicely. The ticket in my opinion is the shrooms were sliced very thcik.
