is going to be nice. James will be comandeering the RV and cooking all

definitely don't cater to vegetarians (in fact, I'll be the only one),

so James will make sure that I get supplemented.

 

Hope you all have a lovely holiday weekend. We're back Sunday night,

but not sure if I'll jump on the computer at home. Dial-up is just too

slow.

 

A few things on our menu:

Quorn roast with potatoes (from the garden) and gravy, broccoli and

squash.

 

Stuffed Anaheim peppers, stuffed with couscous, squash, cheese and

anything else we have. Along with refried beans and a salad.
