Guest guest
Might be his wok that's bad. I have both. I stir fry in my ancient wok and the electric one I set that baby on 375 degrees and I get the best wontons ever. Never burn, are crispy and not a speck of oil spashes out. I have made batches of 200-300 for the holidays, friends parties and wedding receptions over the years with this wok. My whole wheat samosas (sp?) are also wonderful and non-greasy. I have had it for a long time and I can't remember the brabd name. I can look when I go home and post it. My General Electric skillet was awful, I gave it away after using it 3 times. The woman I gave it to actually loves it......LOL Donna momcat2002 <irach wrote:My son has an electric wok, and it is the worst! It doesn't heat up near as well as my metal one. I don't know if it's just HIS wok, or if this is indicative of ALL electric woks. " I guarantee you; this place will blow your mind.
