Might be his wok that's bad. I have both. I stir fry in my ancient wok and the

electric one I set that baby on 375 degrees and I get the best wontons ever.

Never burn, are crispy and not a speck of oil spashes out. I have made batches

of 200-300 for the holidays, friends parties and wedding receptions over the

years with this wok. My whole wheat samosas (sp?) are also wonderful and

non-greasy. I have had it for a long time and I can't remember the brabd name.

I can look when I go home and post it.

My General Electric skillet was awful, I gave it away after using it 3 times.

The woman I gave it to actually loves it......LOL Donna
