There should be at least one person very knowledgeable on sports nutrition. They not only know the best supplements, they have the chance to see these people and the ongoing results. I know " high quality " protein is one of the most important supplements, needed to turn fat into muscle. Lucky for all of us, high quality is vegetable protein!
