The pan will be very hot. Remove from oven and sit it on the stove burner. Run

a table knife around the edges and flip it onto a plate or remove with a spatula

and turn over onto a plate. It should be nice and crunchy on the edges and top.

Make sure your pan is nice and seasoned when you make this so get busy cooking

in that wonderful pan.........I have a few more recipes to find for you. Enjoy!
