Guest guest
Hey post a picture so we can see how the bode looks from all this hard work.....LOL Donna subprong <subprong wrote: Hi all, how are ya doing? I've been working out and lifting weights for awhile now (mostly lifting weights as of late). I was wondering if anyone knows of any good supplements (pills, powders...) that help the body as far as lifting and nutrition (muscle recovery) is concerned. It would need to be veggie friendly of course (and even vegan if possible). Does anyone know anything about amino acids, proteins, creatines, etc? I'd welcome any type of smoothie recipes that would contain supplements too. Thank you. S.
Guest guest
Haha! Well, my goal isn't to get as big and beefy as Ahhhhhhhhnold, zeee Terminador. I guess it's more for tone and health. Afterall, I still prefer to be able to move my arms unlike some of those heavy heavy lifters. So, I've just started to read up on supplements and what not. I'm not interested in steroids or anything, lol, just intersted in taking the proper nutritional supplements to assist my body. Maybe if someone knows about a good and active lifting group. Someone recommended a vegan lifting group awhile back. I joined but unsubbed because there ended up being little activity. I think I'll check on it again. S.
