Exercise Supplements ?

Hi all, how are ya doing? I've been working out and lifting weights for

awhile now (mostly lifting weights as of late). I was wondering if anyone

knows of any good supplements (pills, powders...) that help the body as far

as lifting and nutrition (muscle recovery) is concerned. It would need to be

veggie friendly of course (and even vegan if possible).

 

Does anyone know anything about amino acids, proteins, creatines, etc?

 

I'd welcome any type of smoothie recipes that would contain supplements too.

Shawn,

I have used MLO Vegetable Protein Powder and I really like it. It's

completely vegan and I add it to fruit smoothies. Anyway, the company

VeganEssentials carries all kinds of supplements and they'll probably

have what you're looking for. Here is their website:
