YES!! sometime I'll take a picture of my all time favorite... It is a

composition book that I've written all my favorite recipes in... with

every move it comes right with me, in MY Backpack, never packed by

movers!

It has notes and drawings my daughter and son have done taped to the

cover, it is my most priced book.

It is time to start a new one, but I don't want to! lol... even thought

I know it will be come as valued to me as this one....

=)

it is full of love... it seeps out the sides of that cookbook, and adds

to each recipe I make from it! =)

Jenni, you and Donna have me in tears this morning! (I must be on the

edge this morning!: ) What a wonderful way to pass on your recipes and

love to your children and others.

Jenni, keep making those recipe notebooks and notes from the children. I

think I'll start taking pictures also, great idea!

Donna, I love that your niece has a little piece of you and she feels so

comforted by your cooking. I'll remember these ideas for others. My 2 sons

are grown and I wish I'd done something similar, although, maybe boys don't

care as much about the " process " as the actual eating. LOL!

My mother wasn't very affectionate but, oh, how we loved to cook

together! Some of my fondest memories! We should have done something along

the line of saving all those experiences before it became too late. She's 90

now, and very active, however; she doesn't remember most of the recipes.
