I also adore asparagus and it's super high here. It's

about $3 or $4 depending. My other favorites are

spinach and broccoli which are also expensive,

especially broccoli at $2.40 for the bunch. I can go

through a bunch of it in 3-4 days easy. same for

asparagus...just steam up once or twice.

I love the idea for maranara. I don't know why i never

thought of canned tomatos. We always used fresh at

home and never buy canned but the tomatos here are

crazy expensive fresh which is heart breaking.

Coupons aren't useful to me as I mostly buy fresh and

whole ingredients. I don't much care for mainstream

cereals ect. and that's pretty much all that's in the

paper here. Plus I don't get the paper cause I cant

afford it.
