Yes, I, too, miss Portland, OR where I could get cheap tofu. Here at

the local grocery store, I'm happy when it's on sale 2 for $4.

Portland has a place, Ota Tofu, that has been making tofu for decades

and is the main supplier to many restaurants in town. You can take

your containers and buy however much you want in many different

styles. And it was so cheap!
