It is supposed to get firmer and the marinade/glaze is supposed to coat the slabs of tofu in a lovely way. i hope you made some rice & veggies and just stirred that mush right into it and ate it anyway. *lol* Good luck on serving creamed spinach to your son. i used to hate spinach as a child, but now i love it so much... so don't give up. My 12 year old son is horrible about eating vegetables still! i just keep making delicious healthy veggies and hope one day his inner light bulb will flick on and he will like them.
