I'm so happy you like it. I toss pasta with it, pour on salads, on top of baked

potatoes, can be used as a dip, I will make a well in hummus on a plate and put

this in the center with hummus around it and garnish the top of the hummus.

makes a nice centerpiece. You can also change the flavor. My sister makes her

spicy with chopped peppers, etc. Use it as a white sauce. Works great for

making creamed spinach........Donna
