HI! <waving>

I am in and out today, physically even.

Love that idea about the mashed potato thing. I have all these gadgets that are

really for meat, like my rotiss but now I am gonna start using my crock for

veggie stuff. I have a bread maker and nobody likes the bread that comes out of

it. So if I did something with the rotiss and the bread maker I would have room

for the mashed potato machine and THAT I would use cause everybody here loves

mashed potatoes.

MMMMMM, mashed potatoes and cheese, mashed potatoes and onions mushrooms, garlic

yumz.

hugs,

Chanda

Not dissing the mashed potato thing (though it seems like something

that I would end up putting in a garage sale!), and I should say I

also got rid of my bread machine after I learned how to make bread

without it. However, I just popped into my email - busy, busy, busy

with sorting/packing for the big move - and found the Baker's Catalog

e-newsletter. They're the folks who make King Arthur flour... anyway:

there's an article about baking everything *but* bread in your bread

machine; thought you might enjoy it.

http://www.prm0.net/bakerscatalogue/ goes to the newsletter, and here

is the link (in the newsletter as well) for the Fudge Pudding Cake

recipe she makes in the bread machine.

http://www.prm0.net/bakerscatalogue/RT50824_recipe.asp It's quite

interesting! It wouldn't have occurred to me to bake anything but

bread in there...

*hugs* to all,

Amy, who will be very happy when Friday is over...

rice. I used it for rice but I was less than happy with the results.
