Guest guest
Ok PT sending to the right person this time....LOL I will share my creamed spinach recipe. I thaw and drain a 16-20 bag of frozen spinach and chop it. I place in the steamed to steam for a few miniutes or you can steam fresh spinach and chop. I toss it and heat with the " Savory Tofu Sauce " I previously posted. It's vegan and it doesn't contain the cream, half & half or butter with extra calories, and it's perfect for anyone with milk intolerance too. If you don't see the sauce in the file let me know and I'll post it. Funny, I have the recipe with me today since my boss was looking for a non-dairy white sauce since he has 2 children that can't have milk products, and he asked me to bring him a recipe today....Donna ~ PT ~ <patchouli_troll wrote: i just read your post in a digest about what you had for dinner. i have never tried creamed spinach before, but it sounds wonderful.
