HI:

 

Sorry to hear you didn't like the Veat. How did you prepare it? I usually

defrost it and then either saute it in some garlic, and if I go Italian I

use, basil, fennel seed, oregano, it I go Asian then I use, ginger, chile

powder, cumin seeds, and sometimes I throw on some Tandoori spice. Sometimes

I

bake it up with the seasonings on it instead of saute. Then I mix it with

pasta, rice, or potatoes or whatever I am having that night.
