Guest guest
We pressure cook our potatoes, usually takes about 8 minutes. They come out perfect every time. No peeling, no cutting, just put them in whole. They come out tasting wonderful. Hmmm, I think I need to get out to the garden and see how my taters are doing...I bet some need digging up. I'll try the ranch idea next time...Thanks, Donna > > PuterWitch <puterwitch@c...> wrote:tonight I had a portabella cap marinated in Italian dressing and grilled on the bbq, with a slice of Vidalia and tomato on a bun. > also had potato salad. > > here is a big tip, when you make potato salad, don't cook all that flavor out by boiling those spuds!! heck no!!! > LOL, microwave them and remove them about a minute shy of what you would for baked potatoes. And use the red ones if you can. It's some really flavorful potato salad all righty! and also, add some ranch dressing to the salad for some real yumminess ) > > blessings, > Chanda > > > > > > > > > > > " First there is a mountain, then there is no mountain, > then there is. > Caterpillar sheds his skin to find a butterfly within.......... > Donovan- " There is a Mountain " > > > > > >
