Guest guest
That is a good cookbook, I have it also in my collection. This one is good too: " One Pot Vegetarian Dishes " by Amy Cotler and most can be cooked in either a stove top pan or crockpot Here's another one that was released early this year, " 125 Best Slow Cooker Recipes " by Judith Finlayson. Isn't reading a cookbook, a comfort to your soul? I have a few others that aren't vegetarian but they have recipes you can modify with or without TVP Enjoy your evening, Donna cathrineq <cathrineq wrote: I'll have to forward this message to my husband. I do this ALL the time! In fact I have been cut off from buying cookbooks, 'cause I have so many - but I still find my way around that. ;o) For those of you getting into slowcookers (crockpots), or just rediscovering them, check out " Fresh from the Vegetarian Slow Cooker " , by Robin Robertson. Great book, and the only vegetarian one I know! Cathrine
