Had one (of my leftovers) this evening in a toasted sun-dried tortilla

topped with pickled jalps, provolone cheese, sour cream and s & p. :)

tonight I had a portabella cap marinated in Italian dressing and grilled on the

bbq, with a slice of Vidalia and tomato on a bun.

also had potato salad.

 

here is a big tip, when you make potato salad, don't cook all that flavor out by

boiling those spuds!! heck no!!!

LOL, microwave them and remove them about a minute shy of what you would for

baked potatoes. And use the red ones if you can. It's some really flavorful

potato salad all righty! and also, add some ranch dressing to the salad for some

real yumminess :o)
