The only thing I used to really do in it was pasta sauce, or sometimes I would soak beans over night in it... I think I used to also use it to keep my homemade refried beans hot for parties or pot luck dinners. If I had a recipe I would definalty post one. a few years ago we flew to Las Vegas and then drove to LA and down to San Diego to see my sister. driving thru the desert in August was HOT.
