Hi Mel Hop made the pineapple Veat dish

Thank you again for the pineapple Veat recipe. I cut the breast Veat in cubes

and made your recipe along with adding waterchestnuts, slivered almonds and a

sprinkle of black toasted sesame seeds. It was delicious. I planned on cooking

for my nephew and his pals but they called it off until next weekend so he was

here to enjoy this dinner also. I was lookng at the address on the box and this

products is made 2 miles from my house. Why in the world don't we see Veat on

the shevles? It might be some political thing where Morningstar, Gardenburger

and Boca have the contarcts in the markets or some such deal. I'm very curious.
